Shipping Information
Orders will be filled and shipped on Schoolcraft College Bookstore business days only.
The Schoolcraft College Online Bookstore ships all orders via FedEx residential ground service. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered once they have been shipped.
Orders received after 1 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped out. If you have any questions regarding your order or would like to check the status, please send a message to books@schoolcraft.edu.

When using Financial Aid as a payment option, please note that your billing address must match the address on file with the college and a signature may be required for delivery if shipping to a different address. Some purchases (such as clothing/electronics/software and gift items) have limited purchase/shipping allowances. In Store Pick Up Option
Fall semester: available August 9 - 20 ONLY.
Fall semester pickup deadline: 3 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2010. Orders not picked up by the deadlines will be restocked and refunded minus a $10 restocking fee.
Your order will take 1-2 days to process. The status will indicate "shipped" when it is ready for pickup.
All orders will be held at the main campus bookstore for pickup during regular store hours.
