Payment Options

Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex)

The billing information on your order must match that of your credit card. Credit cards are authorized prior to the Schoolcraft College Bookstore receiving your order.

Financial Aid

Please log onto Web Advisor to view your Financial Aid balance before placing a Web Order. If you are not sure of the amount available, please include credit card information as an additional tender type when placing a Web Order and we will adjust the charges accordingly. For your protection, our ordering system does not allow the addition of credit card information after the Web Order has been placed. Please remember Scholarships/Financial Aid may be based on full time/12+ credits. Registering at less than full time status may prorate your Financial Aid award amount.

The option to pay with financial aid is available during the financial aid charge period only. You must enter your student number in the space provided and the billing information on your order must match the information on your student record. If you do not have enough financial aid to cover your order total, your entire order will be cancelled. If you have any questions regarding your financial aid please contact the financial aid office. We reserve the right to restrict the quantity/amount of purchases of non-academic items such as clothing and gift items.

THIRD PARTY/MI WORKS/DUAL ENROLLMENT/COMPANY PAY

This payment option is for those students who are having their required textbooks, supplies, etc paid for by a third party such as a company, high school, or Michigan Works. This form of payment also may only be used during the financial aid charge period. Please confirm with student accounts that your funding is available before you place your order with this form of payment.
