Shipping Information


If you have choosen the in-store pickup option your order will be available to be picked up once you receive the email that your order has been processed. This is a second email that will arrive AFTER your conformation email. All orders must be picked up at the main campus bookstore during open hours. Please see main campus bookstore hours on our home page. Once in the store you will be directed to our pickup window. If you have any questions about this process please email

Orders not picked within 10 business days of being filled will be restocked and refunded minus a $15 restocking fee. Exceptions will be made for the store being closed during holiday break.


Orders typically take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Processing may take 1-2 days longer during our peak times at the beginning of the semester.

The Schoolcraft College Online Bookstore ships all orders via UPS/FEDEX residential ground service. Please note that UPS/FEDEX does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered once they have been shipped.

Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped out. If you have any questions regarding your order or would like to check the status, please send a message to books[at]

When using Financial Aid as a payment option, please note that your billing address must match the address on file with the college and a signature may be required for delivery if shipping to a different address. Some purchases (such as clothing/electronics/software and gift items) have limited purchase/shipping allowances.
